4. Payment Terms (Strict Cash on Delivery)

To ensure transparency and eliminate fraud, all service charges are settled in cash directly upon the companion's arrival inside your private accommodation or hotel room. We do not require advance online transfers, UPI tokens, or registration fees. Any additional gratuity or extended hours must be agreed upon mutually with the companion.

5. Hotel Outcall Etiquette

For hotel outcalls in Pune (such as properties in Koregaon Park, Hinjewadi, Viman Nagar, or Shivaji Nagar), the client is responsible for booking a recognized star-rated hotel room and ensuring guest access permissions in compliance with standard hotel registration regulations.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment timing, we kindly request a minimum of 45 minutes notice before the scheduled dispatch time so our chaperone network can adjust logistics accordingly.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any dispute arising out of or related to website usage shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdictional norms.
